About Shipping
Our global warehouses are distributed in the following countries/areas: The United States, Europe, Thailand, China, and other areas. Our products are stocked at different warehouses, enabling us to fulfill the order separately based on the location of the inventory. We prioritize delivery from the warehouse in your local area or the nearest warehouses. If an item is oversold, we assign the order to the priority location where the item is stocked.
SHIPPING RATES
Estimated Fees
To determine the estimated shipping cost to ship any item to your desired address, select any item and the estimated shipping cost will be displayed in your cart. The shipping rates are displayed on your shopping cart page, with a map showing your location and the option to select a different location. You are NOT obligated to make the purchase or provide a payment method if you do not choose to proceed to checkout.
Actual Shipping Fee
The actual shipping fee will be displayed at checkout once your actual destination address is inserted on the shipping page.
Shipping Guarantee Fee
Shipping Guarantee offers premium protection and safety for your valuable items during international shipping. We'll reship your package immediately at no extra charge if it's reported lost. It is optional, and you can uncheck it if you do not need the shipping insurance.
Shipment processing times
All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Overnight Delivery
Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).
Damages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- Shipping from our US warehouse, shipping time is 1-3 working days. Shipping methods include DHL, UPS, USPS, etc. Shipping costs are included in your order.
- Shipping from our warehouses in other countries, shipping time is 7-14 working days. Shipping methods include DHL, UPS, USPS, etc. Shipping costs are included in your order.
Note: Business days do not include Saturday/Sunday and any public holidays. These estimates are based on normal circumstances and are not a guarantee of delivery times. Shipping methods may be changed due to specific situations.
Contact Us
If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was placed. If your address is in remote areas, we may need to charge extra for the shipping fee.
